In the case of film coating, you work with sticky or well adhering materials.

For a clean result, rollers with flexible rubber coatings are mostly used. With our non-stick coating, the laminate comes off the roller even more easily. Our roller is – in contrast to the well-known hard non-stick surfaces made of Teflon or PFA – even more flexible. It opens up new possibilities for film coating with materials that adhere well.

Furthermore, we install rubberised rollers made of silicone or Viton or hard rollers with hard coat, ceramic or chrome coating on our laminators.
