Privacy Policy

The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act 2003). In this Privacy Policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in connection with our website.

Contacting Us

If you contact us by email, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this data without your consent. Upon request, we will inform you whether and which personal data concerning you is stored by us. If, despite our efforts to ensure data accuracy and currency, incorrect information has been stored, we will correct it upon your request. You have the right at any time to obtain information about, correct, and delete your stored data in accordance with the provisions of Austrian data protection law (in particular Sections 26–28 of the Austrian Data Protection Act 2000).

Web Analytics

Our website uses the service Google Analytics, provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), to analyze website usage by users. The service uses “cookies,” which are text files stored on your device. The information collected by these cookies is generally transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the USA. IP anonymization is enabled on this website. Users’ IP addresses are shortened within member states of the European Union and the European Economic Area. This anonymization removes the personal reference to your IP address. Under a data processing agreement concluded between the website operator and Google Inc., Google uses the collected information to evaluate website usage and activity and to provide services related to website and internet usage.

Access Data

The hosting provider collects data about every access to this website in the form of “server log files.” These include the URL of the accessed page, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, operating system and browser used, as well as the IP address from which access occurred. Log data is used solely for statistical evaluations, optimization of the website, and troubleshooting. However, the provider reserves the right to review server log files retrospectively if there are concrete indications of unlawful use.

IP Anonymization

We have activated IP anonymization on this website. As a result, your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

Objection to Data Collection

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by clicking the following link. An opt-out cookie will be set to prevent future collection of your data when visiting this website: Disable Google Analytics. More information on how Google Analytics handles user data can be found in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Demographic Features in Google Analytics

This website uses the “Demographics and Interests” feature of Google Analytics. This allows reports to be generated containing information about the age, gender, and interests of website visitors. This data is derived from Google’s interest-based advertising and from visitor data provided by third parties. The data cannot be assigned to any specific individual. You can disable this feature at any time via the ad settings in your Google account or generally prohibit the collection of your data by Google Analytics as described in the section “Objection to Data Collection.”

Analysis and Marketing

FETZEL Maschinenbau GmbH uses products and services for analysis and marketing purposes that are provided in cooperation with Visable GmbH. For this purpose, counting-pixel technology is used to collect, process, and store data for the creation of at least pseudonymized, and where possible and appropriate, fully anonymized user profiles. The collected data, which may initially include personal data, is transmitted to Visable or collected directly by Visable and used to create the aforementioned user profiles. Visitors to this website are not personally identified, and no other personal data is combined with these user profiles. If IP addresses are identified as personal data, they are deleted immediately. You may object to the forms of processing described here at any time with effect for the future: Exclude visitor tracking (Note: the link sets a first-party opt-out cookie).
